Zahid Hussain, 13 years old.digs a toilet in the village of Juman Namllah, A displaced flood community in Badin District, Sindh, Pakistan on November 2, 2011. Her family's home was submerged during recent floods. Health kits and education in hygiene have been conducted by Oxfam in the village. Part of a hygiene education progam promotes digging toilets for defecation. In August 2011, Heavy monsoon rains triggered flooding in lower parts of Sindh and northern parts of Punjab.
